Are there any hidden fees?
Never. Our quotes are all-inclusive for the scope agreed. Any additional work is quoted separately before we begin.
How long are contracts?
Monthly retainers require a minimum 3-month commitment for SEO (results take time). Website projects are one-time with optional ongoing care.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely. If none of our tiers fit your needs or budget, get in touch and we'll build a bespoke package just for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and online payment links. GST invoice provided for all engagements.
Can I upgrade my retainer tier?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time, mid-month or at renewal. Downgrading requires 30 days' notice.
Is GST included in the prices?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST (18%). GST will be added to the final invoice as applicable.
